We only choose properties with a strong structure — the foundation on which we can build. From that basis, we carry out a total renovation, completely redesigning the property and equipping it with all modern luxuries and comforts. 3. Charm
Charm is essential to us. We select properties that reflect the soul of the Côte d’Azur, where old details, authentic materials and the natural atmosphere of the South of France come together. Only houses with a distinct character are the ideal starting point for a renovation.
